Bring back my bonnie to me....to me

IN A LOUSY ATTEMPT TO IMITATE OTHER SCHOOLS, my beloved Nanyang Business School has somehow decided to “drill” us using “PowerPoint” and “Word” into sophisticated and savvy to-be working adults.

A two and half day “workshop” did little to change me. I doubt it did to others too. Information flowed one way and in a boring way too. I sat there “receiving” precious information on how to groom myself, when there are no practical hand-ons and effective communication. “How the heavens am I suppose to know what clothes suit me, what kind of exact mannerisms and protocols expected of me during a power-lunch, cocktail party and charity dinners?”

And hence, my recherché holidays pulverized just like, in a SINGLE LOUSY ATTEMPT TO BE OF “INTERNATIONAL STANDARD”……
